Reinventing Music Business for the 21st Century

As the old business models of ownership and control continue in crisis, a new digital music ecology has emerged, an ecology in which music has never been healthier.

FUTURE MUSIC  is is a short 2-day residential sandpit designed to develop innovative solutions and opportunities, within the framework of digital music ecologies for the independent music sector

The sandpit will explore and define future collaborations for developing :

* new products and services for the new digital music ecology
* new players, platforms and partnerships
* the management of IP
* potential research between academia and industry

FUTURE MUSIC starts out at the East Wintergardens in Canary Wharf on Tuesday morning with three speakers:
