  There's a lot that's to be expected in this article, although it's surprising that there's still no intelligent move towards the distribution of digital content. Bradshaw's comment that filesharing is "tantamount to theft", reveals a complete lack of understanding of what needs to happen to the supply chain - a more joined up reltionship with ISPs would certainly be a move in the right direction http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2009/jun/16/digital-britain-bbc-licence-fee
